If you need to add one/multiple keywords to one/multiple products, you can do that by clicking on Add keywords button on top:

You can then add multiple keywords and filter products you want to add those keywords to. You can filter by country (use .co, .es,.. as filters for marketplaces), ASIN, product title and even by tags:
